ABOUT OUR FARM:
Overview of the farm: Mothersbaugh farm specializes in producing greenhouse tomatoes, Asian vegetables, cut flowers, sunflowers, and glads.
Greenhouse tomatoes: Our tomatoes are grown in the greenhouse soil and picked only after they ripen on the plant, for that "vine ripened" flavor a tomato-lover wants.
Vegetable spread: We grow a variety of Asian vegetables: bok-choy, napa, daikon radish, bitter melon, eggplant, mustard greens, chinese broccoli, flat vegetable, green vegetable, choy-sum, luffa gourd, winter melon, garlic chives, Asian cukes, and more.
Flowers: We produce cut flower bouquets incorporating old fashioned flower varieties seldom used by florists.
Sunflowers: We grow a special variety of sunflower that is ideal for floral use with a dark brown center and bright orange petals; the blossom is about 6" in diameter.
Glads: We also grow a bright mix of glads.
Fall: In the fall, we have a variety of pumpkins, decorative gourds, and Indian corn available.
